Cascadia opened their doors in 1999, offering Seattle diners 'decidely northwest' cuisine. After several years in business, owners Kerry Sear and Heidi Grathwol asked us for a re-branding.

Cascadia desired a way to reach out to a new target audience. The original logo, designed by Girvin, was left untouched. Project criteria was captured during a series of Branding exercises. The most important finding related to target audience. Tagline development took place over 4 weeks.

The new tagline, "Fine Dining. No Rules." successfully repositioned the restaurant and provided further differentiation from their competitors.

A suite of supporting marketing tools was created including a website, advertising, menus, wine bottle labels and catering collateral, to name a few...
