Pier was recently awarded “National Restaurant of the Year” and ‘Three Stars’ by Australian Gourmet Traveller 2008. We had a fantastic meal here about a year ago – arguably it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Sydney. Incredible, meticulous preparation that never gets in the way or is heavy-handed. Pier states they have specially trained fishermen sourcing their ingredients. Highly recommended.
