Wolfgang Puck’s Spago at Four Seasons Maui, one of the best dining experiences, ever. Exceptional food and service. Spicy Ahi Tuna in miso cones to start and Passionfruit soufflé to finish. The soufflé took 30 minutes to come out and was the ultimate finish to a great meal.
